Duncan Speakman posts short video sketches on his vlog. In his own words:
Most of the stuff I post here is documentary, not planned and staged, just captured. I film using a little digital stills camera, and then treat the image and sound to help focus the ideas I'm presenting, and often write some music.
Like many of Speakman's sketches, Here (For Shannon) has a delicate and elegiac feel, with its gently animated subframes of soft-focus footage that blur into each other like snapshots of fading memories.
